Our rooms are large, spacious, and finely renovated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Each room is designed to offer a welcoming and modern environment, where every detail is thought out for your relaxation. Two of our rooms have balconies, each with a small table where you can relax, sip a drink, or have breakfast in total tranquility. Every room is equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort in any season, a refrigerator to store your favorite drinks and snacks, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a coffee machine to start the day in the best way, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Every corner of our rooms is designed to make you feel at home, offering you a relaxing refuge in the heart of Cagliari.

"Fantastic place. Perfect location, literally 5 minutes from the station, but at the same time on a street that guarantees peace and tranquility. Check-in without problems, all necessary information provided on a continuous basis and in a timely manner. All the most important attractions and monuments in Cagliari are within walking distance. The area is safe and pleasant, an elegant building with a charming elevator. The room itself with beautiful furniture, everything was new, very, very clean (basic cleaning every day).
